Every Znergy cable starts with our Australian engineering team — from initial design through to final delivery.

Our Engineering Scope

We define conductor configuration, insulation systems, screening, armouring, and sheathing — tailored to
the application, installation method, and operating environment. Designs are developed to meet or
exceed applicable Australian and international standards.

Our engineering team ensures every design aligns with relevant standards including AS/NZS 1802,
AS/NZS 2802, AS/NZS 5000 series, AS/NZS 1429.1, and applicable IEC standards. Compliance is
assessed against the actual conditions of use — not assumed from generic ratings.

We assess the specific requirements of each project — voltage, current, installation method,
environmental exposure, mechanical stress, and safety considerations — to ensure the cable is fit for
purpose.

Znergy provides comprehensive documentation including cable construction datasheets, test reports,
material certifications, and installation guidance.

From initial enquiry through to delivery and commissioning support, our engineering team works directly
with clients, EPCs, and electrical contractors.
